30-Day Free Returns

You may return a product for any reason within 30 days of the date it was delivered.

Return shipping is completely free, and we do not charge restocking fees.

To begin a return, email us at robsamrlucenu1992@outlook.com. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. The return destination will be printed on the label.

Please use the prepaid label provided by Honeyo. Returns sent without following our return instructions may be delayed or may not reach the correct return facility.

Return Conditions

Returned products should include their original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns involving fraud, abuse, products that have been deliberately damaged, or products that have been substantially consumed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received, we will issue a full refund for the eligible returned product to the original payment method.

Your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

If you would like a different product, please return the original product under this policy and place a new order through honeyo.shop.
